Pharmaceutical Management students from top universities gather for a friendly photo during the otherwise fierce 2nd Annual Rutgers Business School Biopharmaceutical Case Competition in Newark. Nine teams reviewed an original case and created presentations for a panel of judges from sponsoring companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Janssen and Novo Nordisk. Teams had to resolve a marketing problem created by Rutgers faculty members. Carnegie Mellon copped the $6,500 first prize. Go Tartans!
New Work: Newark in 3D, the six-minute art film selected by the Port Authority for Newark Liberty Airport, opened at the Exhibition Gallery and Visitors’ Lounge in Terminal B in January. Poet Jon Curley, art curator Beth Venn, and Emmy-nominated filmmakers Jerome & Marylou Bongiorno make up the creative team behind the gallery exhibition.
