Prof. Morris Davis Joins Rutgers Business School
A city on the rebound demands a deep understanding of its greatest physical attribute: Real Estate. So it was with considerable fanfare that Morris Davis, an internationally known urban land economics professor, was chosen to hold the Paul V. Profeta Chair in Real Estate at Rutgers Business School. Profeta, a commercial real estate developer, is also the publisher of Radius. The investiture ceremony was held at the business school on September 23rd. Professor Davis most recently taught at the University of Wisconsin School of Business. Prior to that, he worked at the Federal Reserve as an advisor to Alan Greenspan on the U.S. housing market.
